Eligible Return Period:
PowerPeak Items: 90 Days.
Base Items: 60 Days.
USG Items: 60 Days.
All Other Items: 30 Days.

Shipping an RMA:
There is an option to generate a label directly from the One Source Suppliers website for your RMA. There is a $5.99 fee that will be deducted from the RMA credit total.

Credit Policy:
One Source Suppliers does not offer any cash refunds - a credit will be issued to the customer's account and can be used for future purchases.
There is a 40% credit deduction for any products received at the One Source Suppliers warehouse with damaged packaging.
There is a $1.50 credit deduction for any products received at the One Source Suppliers warehouse with stickered packaging.
Any products returned that are not eligible for credit will be discarded.

Issuance of this RMA does not constitute acceptance of returned products. OSC, Inc. reserves the right to refuse products based on evaluation against Warranty Returns Program criteria. Non-conforming units will be returned without product servicing. Discontinued product may not carry full manufacturer's warranty. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days only. If the returned product is not in stock, OSC, Inc. reserve the right to keep the return item(s) up to 90 days for repair or exchange. Only items listed will be accepted against this RMA number.
